If Wittmund Radar is offline, Nordholz Radar (ETMN APP) will take over full responsibility for AoR Wittmund and top-down responsibilities at ETNT, EDWE and EDWI. Therefore, Nordholz Radar shall consult the SOP of Wittmundhafen before connecting on the vatsim network.
