Center Endorsements valid before AIRAC 2311 are transferred into EBG North + South Endorsements.  

Eider West (EDWW_W_CTR) does not have priority over its own sector. If EDWW_A_CTR or EDWW_E_CTR is online, they will control the airspace of EIDW. This station is meant to be used in low traffic situations, as an EDWW West Upper/Lower Split together with Maastricht stations or as a "before primetime/event sector" until other controllers join.
