General Information
Lübeck is an unrestricted airport of the Bremen FIR and part of the S1 minor program. vACC Germany Controllers are allowed to control at this Airport without any endorsement regulations with their S2 or higher rating, unlike Tier 1 (e.g. Hamburg, Berlin) or Tier 2 (e.g. military) airports. For Arrival (Hamburg Approach) and all Center stations (CTR) covering Lübeck Airport an endorsement is still required.
Tower position does not have to track aircrafts.
