Returning Controllers

You're a returning VATSIM Germany controller who's not currently on the Roster? This page is for you. What you will need to do to in order to be added back to the roster depends on your ATC rating.

S1

If you have not been on the roster at any point since March 1st, 2024 you will have to complete our revised S1 training program. You can check https://knowledgebase.vatsim-germany.org/books/atc/chapter/s1-training to see how our S1 training program works and to see how you can join the waiting list.

If you have been on the roster at some point since March 1st, 2024 you will have to complete a Moodle course to be added back to the roster. Contact an FIR of your choice, they will enroll you into the course. Once you have completed the course open a ticket with the ATD to be added to the roster.

S2

You will have to complete two Moodle courses to be added back to the roster. Contact an FIR of your choice, they will enroll you into the courses. Once you have completed the courses open a ticket with the ATD to be added to the roster.

S3

You will have to complete three Moodle courses as well as one training session with a mentor. Contact an FIR of your choice, they will enroll you into the courses and schedule a training session with you. Once you have completed the courses and the practical part of your training session you will be added back to the roster.

C1

You will have to complete three Moodle courses as well as one training session with a mentor. Contact an FIR of your choice, they will enroll you into the courses and schedule a training session with you. Once you have completed the courses and the practical part of your training session you will be added back to the roster.
